In the past when I've visited London I have sped through it at incredible speeds. This time, with Helen, we kept with tradition. We went to the Natural History Museum, the V&A Museum, stood outside Buckingham Palace, went shopping at Primark, ate sushi at Wasabi, visited Trafalgar Square, visited the Queen's Head Pub and then had Japanese ramen for dinner at Shoryu before finishing the evening with a visit to the Japan Center.

That was one day. It was amazing.

But todayyyyy

We went at a different pace because I don't have Helens London legs. We got up around 10, checked out of our little hotel room and walked down the street to see Westminster Abbey.

Then we hopped on a boat! That's right, rather then taking the train we sailed over to The Tower of London and ate babybell cheeses on the top deck (gifted to me by my Granny because she knows I love them an unfathomable amount.).

The Tower of London was lovely, as always. Ryan felt very at home in the castle walls, the little king he is. When we had enough of ravens and beheadings we went where all royalty goes, Harrods. Can you guess what we bought there? If your answer started with scotch and ended in egg you are correct! And that's all we managed to squeeze out of the city today. We left to Camden Town for dinner where my cousin James made us a savory vegetarian curry. We couldn't be more satisfied. It's early to bed tonight though because tomorrow it's up and out to see her, the siren of my heart, Amy Winehouse.🖤
